Blues Harp
| A diatonic 10 hole harmonica, also known as a blues harp, is the most widely known type of harmonica. The Blues harp can only play in one key, so we have many models each available in many keys like e.g. C, G, A, D, E, F, Bb, B, F#, Eb, Ab, Db, Hi G, Low F. |
The standard 10 hole diatonic harmonica, or blues harp, is designed to allow a player to play chords and melody in a single key. Because of that, the blues harp harmonicas are available in many keys normally between 12-14 keys. ( 12 major keys and High G and Low F )
Basically, there are two different types of harmonics, the diatonic, which is tuned in one key, and the chromatic harp where you can play all 12 keys.
