The Leslie speakers is a specially designed speaker that is used to make special sound effects by utilizing the Rotary / Doppler effect. The speaker is named after its inventor, Donald Leslie, and it is particularly associated with the Hammond organ. Separate Leslie speakers were a necessary accessory for all Hammond owners.
