Nickel free harmonicas:
Q: Are the Suzuki harmonicas free of nickel?
A: Yes, all models are free of nickel except model BHC-48 and SCH-24.

Good advice - in general:
Q: Where can I find advice on choice of a particular harmonica?
A: We have tried to collect as much information on every product as possible and placed it in the product description. You are also welcome to contact our Customer Service by mail, and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. 

Stock:
Q: I have found a product I want to buy - is it in stock?
A: Yes. All the products you see on our page are in stock. 

Prices:
Q: How come your prices are so low?
A: We are the distributor in Scandinavia and buy direct from Japan, we buy large quantites of each product directly from the manufacturer without any expensive intermediaries.

Delivery:
Q: How long will it take before I receive my purchase?
A: Usually we ship within 1-2 workdays.

Q: Can my purchase be delivered at a certain time?
A:  No, the delivery companies we use cannot inform us a exact delivery time.

Q: You are a Danish Company - can I trust that you deliver on time?
A: Yes, as soon as we receive your order, we start the handling ans use only big International Freight companies.

Q:How can I track my shipment?
A: You will receive an email with a tracking code once your order has been dispatched. This code can be used to Track & Trace through the tracking system of the delivery company. If the transport company is overloaded it can take up to 24 hours from us sending you the code till it`s activated and can be seen on Track & Trace. You will be informed in the email you receive. 

Q: Can I collect my order myself?
A: Unfortunately not as we only deal online. Your order will be sent to the address given when you order.

Returning or exchanging products:
Q: Can I return my purchase or exchange it for something else?
A: Yes, of course. If you for some reason should not want your purchase anyway, you have 14 days to change your mind. If it is broken we will repair it or send you a new one. Remember to inform us if there should be something wrong with your purchase before you returning it to us.

Safety:
Q: I feel uncomfortable using my credit card. How can I make a purchase?
A: We are placed under strict safety requirements from the Danish Credit Card company PBS who deal with thousands of credit card payments.
