Comments and complaints

If you notice a defect or fault with your shipment from Bravo Musik, we must be notified immediately after you have received the goods. If required, you must be able to prove the type and extent of damage. In case of cosmetic damage a digital photo may be asked for.

On working days we will handel your enquiry within 24 hours.

In 99,5% of all cases the products arrive in good condition. If you notice that the item is damaged at arrival you must send a complaint directly to the handling company.
