For pure functionality, our Vintage style strap sets the standard; A simple 1” adjustable belt with a cushioned shoulder pad. It’s no wonder that this was the strap seen on the shoulder of most guitar heroes for the first 20 years of Rock & Roll.

At Franklin, we’ve decided to add more appeal by sculpting the ends of the pad with graceful curves similar to your guitar’s shape. The strap’s utility is critical, but its style is the icing on the cake.

With this snakeskin cowhide version, we took it up another notch. The top of the pad is fitted with a beautiful snakeskin pattern that has a faint sheen to it. This, coupled with the suede belt, forms a striking contrast. The back of the pad is a thickly pebbled glove leather that gives it that lush Franklin softness while making it easy to shift your guitar when needed. The back of the belt is also fitted with supple glove leather.
